Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by KeenWorks Syracuse Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service Description
KeenWorks Syracuse Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and related automotive services to customers in Syracuse, Utah and surrounding areas. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services are provided on an as-available basis, and we make every effort to respond promptly to service requests. However, response times may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
Payment and Pricing
Payment for services is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change and will be communicated to you before service begins. You are responsible for any fees associated with declined payments or returned checks. If your vehicle is towed and stored, storage fees may accrue daily until the vehicle is claimed.
Liability and Insurance
KeenWorks Syracuse Towing carries comprehensive liability insurance to protect your vehicle during towing and transport. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or road hazards. You are responsible for securing any personal belongings left in your vehicle. We recommend removing all valuables before service. Our liability is limited to the actual damage caused directly by our negligence during the provision of services.
Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Before towing or transporting your vehicle, our operators will perform a basic inspection and document the condition of your vehicle. You will be asked to sign a vehicle condition report. This report protects both you and our company by creating a record of your vehicle's condition prior to service. If you notice any damage after service that was not present before, you must report it to us within 24 hours.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the time and fuel costs incurred. If you are not present at the agreed-upon location when our driver arrives, we may charge a no-show fee.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of the service needed. Misrepresentation of your situation may result in additional charges or delays. You must provide proof of vehicle ownership or authorization to tow the vehicle. We will not tow a vehicle without proper documentation. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to vehicle ownership and operation.
Disputes and Legal Matters
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. You agree that any legal action related to our services must be filed in the appropriate court in Davis County, Utah.
